Cookie Policy
A cookie is a small piece of data in the form of a text file that may be stored on your computer or mobile device having visited a website. It allows a website to “remember” your actions or preferences over a length of time and helps us improve your experience each time you visit. This is standard practice for websites. Cookies help us understand which parts of our website are the most popular, where our visitors are going, and how much time they spend there. We use Google Analytics for this.
These tracking records are performed and maintained in ways that keep the data non-identifiable. When visiting the WeWhale website, visitors will be given the opportunity to consent to their use via an onscreen pop-up. By using and browsing the WeWhale website, you consent to cookies being used in accordance with our policy.
Mailing List
Our mailing list sign up is optional for website visitors, who are given the opportunity to provide their email address to subscribe. We use that information to keep you informed on WeWhale news and/or to contact you if we need to check our records are correct. We use a third party provider, MailChimp, to deliver our newsletter. For more information, see MailChimp’s Privacy Policy. You can unsubscribe to our email newsletter or update your data and preferences at any time by clicking the Unsubcribe or Update Preferences links at the bottom of our email newsletter.
